Purchased tickets are instantly created digitally and sent to your email address upon successful completion of the payment process. You can also access your tickets at any time from our website with your ticket number.
Purchased tickets can be refunded without interruption until at least 24 hours before the date of use.
On days when the facility is closed due to adverse weather or technical reasons, tickets are automatically transferred to the next available day or refunded.
Excluding bank-related delays, the amount is reloaded to your card within 7-10 business days after refund approval.
