This contract is concluded between AquaJoy Aquapark (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER) and the person purchasing the ticket (hereinafter referred to as the BUYER).
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital tickets ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.
The total sales price including taxes is clearly shown at the time of order. Payments are made securely via credit card.
Digital tickets are delivered electronically to the e-mail address specified by the BUYER upon successful payment.
Services performed instantly in the electronic environment are exempt from the right of withdrawal. However, for customer satisfaction, the SELLER offers unconditional cancellation and refund rights up to 24 hours before the usage date.
